I bought a Dakota Metro Grill in 2010. I had 13 years of great grilling! This summer, I ran into trouble. I sent them a message, and Adam called me within two hours. I was awestruck and so pleased! Adam fixed my grill, and now I'm back to enjoying my Dakota Grill. I want to tell everyone that this grill is worth the money. The customer service that Adam provides is top notch.
