Wednesday night is senior night and it gets pretty busy and people are constantly waiting for food. I have to tell them that the salad bar needs to be filled everytime I go there and we go early so you know no one has checked it from the lunch crowd.

Food was fine. Staff willing to make a pizza if not available on buffet and always ask.Floor had quite a bit of food probably taco pizza topping spilled on it. Staff bussed tables in that area and did nothing about the floor. When cleaning one of the tables adjacent to the area added more to it when wiping off the table. This remained on the floor during the entire visit at least 45 minutes. Food was good and staff friendly. Disappointed that several staff members ignored the floor.

I am very disappointed by our last two experiences there. I am gluten free, not by choice either, and we like to go there as a family because I can have a salad off the salad bar and a GF pizza. Upon coming, we paid for our buffet and requested me a gluten free pizza and they gave us a number. My family got done eating within 20-30 min and still no gluten free pizza had been brought out. We waited another 10 min and then went up the counter to ask about it and the gal working told me that she put it in but it didn’t go through. She then asked me if I wanted to wait even longer for it. I said no we want to get going if the pizza hasn’t even been made/started yet. She then told me if I still wanted the pizza, I’d have to pay for it at that point. Why on earth would I pay $15 for a buffet in which I ate salad and mashed potatoes and then pay for a pizza on top of that, which was supposed to be included?
I asked to speak to the manager and he didn’t come out so we just left. This was the second time this has happened.
Update- manager called me and apologized and offered to make it right.

Very clean establishment!! Staff was friendly and prompt in clearing plates. The kids loved the game room and kept them occupied!

Tonight I feel we experienced the worst ever in food service. The gal took our money immediately and then I asked for a pizza that we wanted. We waited about an hour and a half to get our pizza. Then we asked where it was they said they had that they had lost the order. Said it would be out shortly and we waited again! Then they sent the mmanager out and she said it would be 5 more minutes. Finally 25 minutes later they brought the pizza to us in a box because they were closing!! Never again pizza ranch in Madison!!
