I was so excited to go to DQ since it had been so long. When placing our order we were directly greeted with cursing from the grill area about the size of our order ( food for 5) then fat shamed for ordering food in the first place. They cursed the whole time they had to make our order then proceeded to start eating right in the food prep area. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a claimed small town business.

Waited until the lobby was full of highschoolers and one order was done to tell us that my food was sold out and just gave us a refund instead of any attempt to actually make it right and provide a meal. Had no desire to wait for two schools to order and get food to try to order something else as I only have a 30 minute lunch break that was already over.

25 minutes and Got a Microwaved burger because of a grill issue and they didn't let me know it was gonna be a heated up burger. They heated the burger up to a million degrees and just called it good. Took forever and could've been easily solved. Food is usually decent here, keyword decent

The cashier wouldn't give me ketchup packets with my to go order, weird enough. But then she mean mugged another worker for giving me lids for the fill your own containers.I don't need this drama.
