So first off there’s an employee named Sylvia and she is always disrespectful to the customers. Especially to my friends and I, we are regular customers and she treats us like a** as well as she shakes our drinks or smashes our chips just about every time. It’s not okay to treat your customers like that, ESPECIALLY if we don’t come in with an attitude or treat her like a** and I’ve had enough. We’ve dealt with it for about a year and she needs to either resign from her position, get a new job, or get fired SERIOUSLY!!!

I am only giving two stars because the lady that works behind the counter with the dreads is super nice oh, and that once again, Casey’s gas station never has receipt paper in the pump. I will probably be filling up there today and I will take a picture of the pump once again, if there is no receipt paper, I filled up there three times last week, and every single time I filled up there was no receipt paper at the pump.

I ordered a breakfast pizza through the app, got notified it would be done at 12:48PM. Went in at 12:50PM pizza wasn’t done, got told it would be half an hour, no big deal. Went back at 1:30. Guess what? No pizza. Then she proceeds to tell me that they don’t make breakfast pizzas after a certain time of day (which I know isn’t true, because I’ve gotten them before). Overall garbage service, lady was crabby, and she doesn’t deserve a job there.
