The food was of the worst quality I have ever had. Meat was next to flavorless, tomatoes were not ripe and both my sandwiches were smothered in mayo, yuck. To top it all off texas toast is really not the same thing as sourdough bread! Huge disappointment. They got 3 stars for service as they were prompt and polite. Btw, your outside "ambiance" almost popped my tire going through your drive-thru.
Food is always good, consistent in quality and presentation. Not always all hot with large orders though.

I'm seeing the same thing at Hardee's as at other fast food places: portion size has fallen while price has increased exponentially. Come on folks, you need to make money, but also need satisfied repeat customers. Hardee's isn't the only fast food place that needs to rethink their customer satisfaction practices.
