Sat in drive through for 10 mins nobody came to help, went inside had to wait 5 mins before we got our food ordered. After another 10 mins food came, fries cold and sucked. Burger poorly out together and cheese not melted. Paid $6 for cheeseballs and the cheese all contained came half empty. Chicken strips were good but toast was cold and the fries that came with them. Fish sandwich subpar at best. Cheeseburger bun bread was like cardboard and burger was cold! Not happy with the experience! I’ve been here before and it’s been great but this time a big fat 1 star.
Everyone hides in the back talking and you have to get their attention so you can order. Then they take 2 or 3 groups of orders before making anything. I have worked at a Dairy Queen and I know how to present good customer service skills. Sad thing is this person has been working at this store for years and still seems like they don't enjoy helping customers.

stop there today September 21 2024 the service was the worst I have ever seen there and my blizzard was runny the young dark hair girl wanted the gal in the cap to do her job for her and didn't care about her customers we have stopped there other times and we had good service this is one that would be a 1 on a scale 1 to 10 the worst

Glass of ice 2.49 a small ice cream 2.99 the employee handed the cone to me and it fell over on her hand.. she flipped it back on cone.. with her bare hand that just handled my cash... as if here take it.... a slight pause... she did nothing. I left threw the cone in trash.. you should not have say anything to that kind of obvious dumb dumb don't care a bit attitude.
