Paid extra for shredded lettuce. I got about 6 strands. Roast beef is always good. I stood inside for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment . So I went through the drive thru. Food was good. As usual. The girl at drive thru window was very nice.

Orderd door dash received our order and the drinks were all wrong. I talked with the door dash driver and she said that she'd return with the correct drinks for us. I've never had a negative experience with eating here whether it be drive thru, take out, dine in or delivery but this time the portions seemed to be cut in half. It was very disappointing ?. Hopefully it was just a one time thing.

The service has changed in every restaurant since covid. So I can not entirely hold this against Arby's, yet am categorizing all restaurants the same: if I order in the store, it takes forever to receive my food. Yet if I order in the drive-thru, I get my food quite quickly. Restaurants are catering to a drive-thru over anything.
...Solution, order on the app and pickup at store.
