I was excited to eat here for the salad with the table side toppings, however was upset to realize that the lettuce is bagged lettuce ( there is a distinct chemical taste) with a few pieces of fresh Romain tops thrown in. Why not serve a fresh cut salad with all of those fresh toppings? The fillet mignon was cooked perfectly but the American fries was the star of my meal. I would recommend but not the salad.

Great food. Better service experienced in Mitchell, but I'm sure that's because we got there right when it opened. The Pierre location was crazy busy and we had a 15 minute wait at 7:30 pm. Limited parking so it was awful at Pierre to find a spot.
Every time we visit Mitchell, Cattleman’s is a must stop for dinner! Staff are amazing and the cuts of meat are even better!

This place has ruined us. We don't know if we will ever find a steak cooked and flavored like this again. Highly recommend the ribeye! Came on a Friday night around 8pm, waited about 5 minutes for a table. Our server was super kind and attentive. My only complaint is that we don't live closer. Awesome steak.
