I’m from Washington State and tried a Caribou Carmel hot cocoa at a truck stop off I-29 by Yankton/Vermilion South Dakota exit and it was amazing!
I recently moved to Mitchell SD and want to order the same thing but with perks/points so I downloaded the app, created my account, added money from my bank account to the app, created my special hot cocoa order and when I tried to purchase it I got a pop up message that said “Error, unable to validate your order and contact customer support”.
I didn’t see a customer support phone number anywhere on the app and it’s very frustrating that I went through all of that for nothing. So now I can’t use the $25 I just added to my account and I don’t get the hot cocoa and bagel I ordered. I don’t see any perks for 1st time users like a free item or reduced price item either.
What’s the point of downloading the app then?

Coffee is fabulous and always made perfectly by the delightful, friendly baristas. The lounge area inside is cute and has a cozy vibe.
We stopped off here because the hotel garbage water they claimed was coffee was absolutely terrible. The coffee here was rich tasting, quality, and served by friendly people who genuinely liked interacting with people. We sat outside, which is shaded nicely in the morning, and stayed a little longer than we planned because it was just a nice place to be.
