Alexis Nelson has a problem with me. I got ready to walk out an she pointed her finger at me I asked her you got a problem with me an she told me you can leave I asked her why cause you are talking crap about me when I didn’t do a thing. She should have kept that behind closed doors not where it can be seen . I am a doordasher and she thinks she is going to get me banned

If you’re gonna risk it at this Dairy Queen don’t go anywhere near close. Went a couple weeks ago and was told “kitchens closed ice cream only” this was 45 minutes before their advertised closing time.

Decided to give it another shot today and that was a mistake. I’ve never seen ranch with the consistency of water before. The franchisee here is making DQ look pretty bad.

I'm obsessed with the Backyard BBQ burger! We love your burgers! They are delicious and appearance is great, better than McDonald's. Nicole at the Drive thru is just so friendly and helpful. Karli you are doing such a great job and definitely turning Mitchell DQ around and making it a great restaurant again! Way to go, be seeing ya soon!

Honestly, absolutely terrible. I got a basic cheeseburger and it had nine pickles in it. There was a woman working there that wasn’t wearing any shoes. I also got a hot fudge sundae, and the fudge isn’t even hot.

I come here often. I try to hit Dairy Queens in every town/state. I know a mini cone vs a small. This is my 9 year old's hand. They gave me a mini cone, when I questioned if they gave me the wrong size, they added more chocolate and said sorry about that. The ice cream doesn't even fill the cone. 🙄

Went through the drive up, got told to pull forward and wait by the drive up signs because the food wasn't ready. Sat there for 15 min and watched 5 cars go through after me. Went into the store and the employees acted like they had no idea I was out there. Fries were cold.👍

Went there on my lunch break from work with a co worker..I tried the new garlic and parmesan tenders.. they was good.. next morning I woke up feeling like crap 2 hours later I threw up. So I'm assuming that something was done... I love y'all ice cream but please get that figured out.

Good food. Of course it's the ice cream that rules. Highly recommend the $7 meal deals. Food was ready fast.
