The employees got our order wrong. I went through the drive through again, politely asked for my food again, refused to give me my food. Went inside cause I realized they also forgot my burger, screamed at me and made me feel really uncomfortable.very dehumanizing.

I really dislike going out anywhere due to cleanliness of stores. Once walking in I wanted to just leave, not going into everything but I should have left, and next day ended up not being able to go to work, spent some moments in bathroom. Could be the dairy but was just fine a few weeks before elsewhere so.. idk I just wish that food places would focus more on cleaning all areas and maybe handling too. I'm sure the place is overall good as they been here for a long time.

Best Dairy Queen experience ever! First off, the friendly guy taking our order looked like the dude from Stranger Things. So right off the bat, things were looking pretty good. There were three of us. I ordered two chili dogs. And OMG, the chile on those hot dogs was to die for! It had a little bite to it. The consistency of the meat was fantastic. Plus… no beans! I hate chili beans. So - score! Now get this. Halfway through our meal, the entire staff behind the counter broke into song. It was some song that started playing over their sound system. But they were all into it. And it was very cool. Plus, to add to the atmosphere, there was a father of three very young kids who was entertaining them with french fries and ice cream. The chocolate cone he got for his son was almost as big as the kid’s head. But he ate it at all! When they left, the little girl was barefoot and carrying her small cowboy boots. It was adorable. All in all, this was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. If I ever get back to Mitchell, SD., I’ll be sure to stop again. And yes, this review is 100% serious.

Just don't go to this one.. do not waste your time in the drive through and don't waste your money. Worst DQ I've even seen. Go to Los 3 Amigos across the street or Tokyo over this dumphole. Rude apathetic staff. The guy at the window shut the window in my face as I was asking for napkins which they never give out. Always messy barely edible garbage. Don't give them your time. Something bad happened to this place, crashing and burning. 0 stars.

It’s not like DQ is known to be the most glamorous of places- let’s be honest, you go for the greasy food and the blizzard of choice. Unfortunetly this location didn’t even live up to that low bar. The folks working behind the counter left alot to be desired, with little to no customer service skills. I watched another employee drop a wrapped burger on the floor, pick it up and then put it back into place. I get it, it’s wrapped… but maybe not in front of the naive customers? Let us keep our clean DQ fantasies in place please. This, topped with the unkept restroom and forgotten meal items, we won’t be back anytime soon.
