If you can get your food within an hour of it coming out of the oven you can count yourself lucky. Forget calling in to talk to someone about your order, they won’t do anything and just tell you to call back later, call back tomorrow.

35 minutes to get a carryout pizza. Heard an excuse about a big order ahead of mine, it was six pizzas. My stuffed cheesy bread wasn't cut and they forgot to include my marinara dipping cups. Also forgot to cut my large thin crust pizza as well (see attached photos). Usually good all around from this store but on 7/12/2025 at 7:35 pm to 8:10 pm they were a bunch of screwups. All I saw as I sat in the lobby area waiting was much joking around and confusion, like chickens with no heads. Received a 50% off a menu priced pizza online coupon good for a week. Don't believe that will be enough to get me back in there. Will use up my rewards points and write off Dominos. Godfathers has good pizza, just have to drive a bit farther.

I love the taste of the pizza, I come here every chance I get to order pizza but today was HORRIBLE, my mom bought 2 pizzas, cinnamon bites and garlic bites and paid for them, it was busy they said so it'd take 40 minutes so we were fine with that, until later on when we were gonna receive the order and they said they lost it so we ordered it for delivery this time under the same order, we received the order but we had to pay again for another pizza and the other order just went to the trash, the delivery guy was rude, demanded money and gave attitude which confused us because we already paid for it previously.

Over the course of ordering from Dominos, whether it be carryout or delivery, I've never had any complaints. Their pizza is always divine, their bread bites and chicken never do me wrong, and their new Mac and cheese is spectacular. The workers are really nice and welcoming whenever I go in. Never had a single problem with them, and I shall always turn to them first when I'm craving some pizza.

We ordered 3 pizzas, and received 1 that was completely incorrect. When we called to ask to have a replacement delivered, they told us we had to return the incorrect one "untouched" and/or pay for the replacement/our original order. Not happy with the customer service at all (especially compared to the positive experiences we have had with many other Dominoes locations.

When they cut the food they do a terrible job I got a gluten free pizza and it wasn't even cut and it's happened multiple times
Argued with me over a dipping sauce while my food was getting cold than slammed the window on me after telling me to never come back.

I am waiting for a response from corporate. I ordered a pizza bread and drink. I followed delivery on app and never got it even though they said it was complete.i called numerous times and the line was always busy. I guess I just wait for corporate to do their research. I order quite often from Domino's but I might have to start buying from someone else.

Very rude management.... They did my order wrong and when I complained about it they said nothing was wrong with the order and said if I wanted it done right then I would have to pay for another pizza.... Very unprofessional

Two complaints are that the garlic parm sauce has changed and I believe the crust flavor has also changed. Just doesn't taste like it did 5 years ago.
