Management needs an overhaul. They skimp you on the meat and amount of ranch in the cups if you use a discount. This location still has COVID in mind with the drive through, get rid of that awkward stick!

I don’t know what’s worst. The customer service or food. I don’t even know why I bother going anymore at this point. But hey, if you enjoy all bread with enough meat to feed a small bird, insane amounts of lettuce to compensate for the lack of meat, and customer experience that reminds you that this location is ran by college kids who could care less if you order a number 4 and get a number 12 somehow? Nobody cares. Also don’t even bother going through the drive through for a drink as I’m sure they’re instructed to overfill the 16 oz cup with ice to ensure you only get .5 oz of an actual drink to keep profits up. Avoid at all costs and go get Taco Bell up the street.

I would not recommend this place to anybody if you want to get your moneys worth and good customer service. First time getting a sandwich from here. I told him I’ve never eaten here before and so the guy told me which sandwich he recommend. So I ordered the sandwich that he recommended it look good on the picture and even gave him a good tip while I was Paying for my sandwich. The sandwich that I got look nothing like the picture. It had two pieces of meat tons of sauce whatever they put on there couple shreds of lettuce, and four strands of onions, and one tomato! I took the sandwich back to the register and told him I was not satisfied with the sandwich how was made and the people there had the audacity to stand and argue with me that that is how they make their sandwiches so I just gave them back the sandwich and I told him I want my money back.

This is the third time I’ve ordered cheese and bacon on my subs, paid for it because it’s extra, and never got it. And I am missing a sub. If, and that’s a big if, I ever go there again, it will never be thru mobile order again. I want to make sure I’m going to get whatever I paid for.

Update: As stated I'm less than 5 minutes away. The ACTUAL reason you "don't take orders that way" is because you can't stack deliveries. We're the only one's out here. It becomes evident with "that way" being stated by the lady I spoke to on the phone. In the future be honest, and tell the truth. .. Original review: They won't deliver to Dakota Campground which is only 1.9 miles away. They're located right at the on ramp, one exit over and the campground is less than a half mile. Less than 5 minutes trip even if you catch the one stoplight. Yes I could drive myself, if I had transportation... but I don't tonight. This is ridiculous.
