Update: As stated I'm less than 5 minutes away. The ACTUAL reason you "don't take orders that way" is because you can't stack deliveries. We're the only one's out here. It becomes evident with "that way" being stated by the lady I spoke to on the phone. In the future be honest, and tell the truth. .. Original review: They won't deliver to Dakota Campground which is only 1.9 miles away. They're located right at the on ramp, one exit over and the campground is less than a half mile. Less than 5 minutes trip even if you catch the one stoplight. Yes I could drive myself, if I had transportation... but I don't tonight. This is ridiculous.

We ordered two subs and they forgot the pops the driver supposed to go back and get pops and we sat here for an hour and a half waiting for our pops but we told him we did not want the pops anymore. We just want our money back they said we cannot do that I think this is the worst Jimmy John’s ever I would never order a sub from these idiots again. If they can’t get your order, right

I am a very frequent jimmy john customer. And on 1/5/25 I ordered the normal, I proceeded to ask for dejon mustard and jalapeño ranch. The female employee replied no to the dejon mustard and no to the jalapeño ranch, she replied this in a very snotty tone of voice while proceeding to roll her eyes. How rude.

Placed an order for two combos to be delivered. The order was made at 11:50 and it was almost 1:00 by the time we received all of the meal. The delivery driver brought our sandwiches but forgot our drinks. By the time we got our drinks the meal had been done for at least 25 minutes. I did talk to a manager but feel like he thought it wasn't a big deal. Told him we didn't want the drinks anymore but he sent them anyway.

My order was received at 6:17pm and out for delivery at 6:20 so 3 minutes!!! And got here at 6:26!! So a total of nine minutes!!!! So incredibly impressive!!!! Jimmy johns in Mitchell you guys ROCK!!!!!

Walked in and a young gentleman was very generous about me looking at the menu waiting for my other half to come inside ( I’ve only been there one other time) we are traveling a few hours and I was not hungry right then so I asked if they could put the veggies on the side and I could toss it together later. The young man immediately said yes to accommodate. However an older lady with brown hair and glass decided to let it be know that doing that makes there job a lot harder and it would depend on the veggies. (Lettuce tomato and mayo)..: not a lot and from a person that has working in a subway before… it’s not hard to accommodate to that. I proceeded to tell her that I have had it done at this location ( the one other time I’ve been here) and I know it’s something that could be done… My other half walked in… he looks at sandwiches … she proceeded to tell us it would be 15 minutes for bread to cool. After I had already stood there looking at the menu for a good 5-7 prier to him walking in.
Why was that not said the moment i walked in to look at the menu… I think it was bull and she didn’t want to put a few veggies on the side… the kicker…. The guy that was going to take our order… was going to make the meal!! So why was the veggie thing a big deal? Rude rude rude rude. I will never go back into the Mitchel location if I see she is behind the counter. I work for the food industry myself and if my boss knew I treated someone of that manner I would be fired immediately… her service was appalling. A business can’t make money when you have people like that with an attitude behind the counter. Shame

When we received our order, my husband asked for napkins and a bag and the guy working told him, “yeah, go help yourself”, instead of helping him. Super bummed, especially since our 2 sandwiches cost over $30. We will not be back to this location. We were there around 4:30 on July 31st.

Dirty table and floors, I’ve submitted an email previously, been over two weeks no response from owners. Horrible customer service. The “team” would rather chat with each other vs do their jobs like being kind and cleaning. I think the manager condones it too.
