terrible service. there is never anyone to wait on you and when you pick up a delivery it is never ready or even started. it's never busy here so why it takes so long makes no sense. I stood here the other day for 15 minutes before anyone even realized I was standing out front.

Came from out of town. Stayed at a local hotel, just about a mile away. We ordered online, at 8:25 pm, the promised delivery time online was 8:55 pm. Pizza still not delivered at 9:10 pm. And even though I was supposed to be able to track it, the tracking information ceased by 8:45 pm. I called Marcos at 9:10, was out on a hold for over 20 minutes..pizza still not delivered after 9:25 pm. We ordered elsewhere and told the front desk we did not want the pizza delivered to us if they arrived. The gentleman, who put me on hold, had even hung up on me. DO NOT order from this place in Mitchell. And if you risk it and do order, DO NOT use a CC. Thank goodness we chose not to this time. Had I read the reviews, I never would have ordered here.

We ordered a large thin crust pizza for take-out.
Upsides - Pizza was good. Better than Pizza Hut and not as garlicy as Dominoes. $10 for a large is a great price and we were able to do half/half. Our kids liked it, which was good.
Downsides - Although we did take-out, the observed atmosphere wasn't all that inviting. There were tables but people must rarely dine-in because they had stuff stacked all over the place making the dine-in ordering counter into a bit of a mess. We also had to wait 3-4 minutes after entering for any employee to come out and acknowledge us. Once they did, it was a quick process to getting and paying for our pizza, but standing there for long doesn't leave a great impression.

Ordered 2 carry out pizzas 75 minutes before requested pickup time. Pizzas could not have even been started when we arrived for pickup. It took an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes. Pizza boxes were assembled but placed on customer seating. Kitchen floor did not look clean and numerous take out bags from other fast food restaurants were laying around on the tables. We have to question food storage, prep etc when this is what you experience! We won’t be ordering from this restaurant again. PS this is not the first time there was a ridiculous delay in getting food from this restaurant. The last time it was a delivery order, and it took nearly two hours and an additional phone call from our order time to get pizza. No apology just a story about only 2 people working. We understand being understaffed, so we wanted to give them a break and order from them again. No more.

Used to be my favorite place for pizza. Up until the last FIVE times they've messed up my order somehow. 3 times forgetting my sauces, one time being they typed my address in wrong and never delivered my pizza and failed to tell me that until I called them an hour and half later wondering where my food was. After the 4th time I ordered wings and told them dont forget my sauce. They gave me twelve sauces which was AWESOME. Only to open my wings up to see they are traditional and NOT boneless like I ordered. At this point I think they think it's funny and just like fckin with me at this point. Never going back again!

We always get Marcos pizza when traveling. I will say that out of all the Marcos that we have visited, this one was the worst. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. This pizza had way too much cheese. This pizza was not like any Marcos that we have had in the past. Also, we ordered a pizzoli and went to take a bite out of it and it had a long hair in it. Talk about a horrible experience. Will not be stopping at this location again.
