We always get Marcos pizza when traveling. I will say that out of all the Marcos that we have visited, this one was the worst. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. This pizza had way too much cheese. This pizza was not like any Marcos that we have had in the past. Also, we ordered a pizzoli and went to take a bite out of it and it had a long hair in it. Talk about a horrible experience. Will not be stopping at this location again.

Went for the first time and ordered two of their subs and a regular salad. The young man taking our order was friendly and that is where the good experience ended. Got our food home and the steak sub was awful. There was little to no meat on it at all. Mostly mushrooms and a few jalapeños. No cheese. The chicken sub was a little better but not by much. The salad looked old and didn’t eat much of it. Service was ok but food was not worth the almost $40 we spent.

We were traveling through Mitchell and stopped in to have some pizza. The gal at the register who took the order asked if it was dine-in or take-out, and I told her dine-in. I was told they didn't have any glasses for water and all they had was bottled water, so I ordered that along with cheesy bread and an x-large all meat pizza. The food all came out in a timely manner and piping hot. No serving utensil, or tableware was brought - only paper plates and napkins on the table. When I went up to inquire for a pizza server, I was told they don't have any. Forks? Knives? Nope. I was told by a man working there that this was a pick up and go restaurant only. Funny...the gal at the register asked if it was dine-in. There's booths in the place with napkin dispensers on the table and no signs saying dining room is closed. This place gets an A on food product and a D for customer service. If your dining area is open, you need to provide for the needs of your customers there. And if you want business from those who don't live in town, you need to provide a few essentials so people can eat in your booths.

Took the kids to get some pizza. This was our first time here. We were informed that the seating area would soon be permanently closed, sad to hear it. The staff seemed rudly in a hurry to take our order. It took average time to get the pizza after we ordered. About 20 minutes. The pizza was good and so was the price. Not a place to bring kids(which is ok now that the dinning area is closing). But I do recommend the pizza.
Ordered food at lunch (12:05) still haven't received the order 3 hours later. Have tried to call store multiple times with no answer. Just hold music and automated voice thanking me for my patience.

I come to Marco's often with my inlaws always good pizza and service is good but tonight the music is very loud and using the f bomb. Very inappropriate for a restaurant.
Online ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. When the pizza was delivered it was the wrong order. Called restaurant and an automated system answers, not a person, on hold for over 20 minutes and no staff answered the phone. It will be the last time I order Marcos. Didn't even eat because we couldn't get the right order. Out $40 and no supperWhat restaurant had an automated system answer their phone and then NOBODY answers!?!?!?
