The food has gotten worse and more expensive, the service is gone, you have a kiosk to serve yourself, inside is like a funeral home... Long gone is the iconic McDonald's we used to love.

Haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in many years. Was in a hurry and tried the new McCrispy Strips. They’re not crispy, and the overriding flavor from the seasoned coating is salt. Fast service, but the food isn’t worth the price. Go elsewhere.

Usually, I love this McDonald's specifically However today while using the app to order a Caramel Frappe, I was told it was unavailable at this time! For a coffee product you are out of stock? Not cool! Should always have coffee! Especially this time of year as people need their caffeine!

After my daughters dentist appointment we stopped at mc ds to get a number 7, apple slices and a medium mcflurry. Upon receiving my food I asked for more ketchup and mustard please.she gave I packet of ketchup and 1 of mustard. I asked can we have a few more please?she said No!! There is some in the bag. And shut the window. We get to my son's school pick up line and there is no ketchup or mustard in the bag. I would of given 0 stars if I could. I would of paid for the condiments if I was given the option.
