Way to expensive
They need to bring back BURGER KING

We waited 10 minutes for our food and wen it finally came out the burgers and fries were cold and the burgers had no ketchup and the fries were only half full

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. after getting past the 1st window i sat behind a car who waited 8 minutes and 43 second at the 2nd window. once they left i pulled up to the window and didn’t get talked to after sitting there for over a minute. once i got talked to it was an instant “can you pull to number 1 waiting on fries” i then sat in stall 1 for 8 minutes. how come they sent me to park but was able to send others thru the line fully. i also had a friend who was 2 cars behind me and got cold fries and left before me. also why should your sauce cost money when customers don’t get it half of the time.

Been here multiple times and food is always below standard, ordered a double quarter pounder and only got a single patty with most toppings missing, fries are always half full, always have to wait upwards of 10 minutes in the parking lot for the food to come out.

Ordered our food waited 10 minutes. Asked for our drink cups when I paid. Kid didn't listen that I had change handed me a fist full of change back. Wouldn't give us our drink cup so we sat waiting with no drink then they brought us empty cups. 43$ to eat with 4 people and they couldn't even fill our cups we had to wait for. Food was garbage. Wouldn't feed my animals it. Save yourself the aggravating trip go to Culver's. Burgers are 1000% better. Only reason we came here were grandkids. Way better service food etc... at Culvers

I ordered a shareable quarterpounder with cheese meal , drinks, a happy meal, and two more sandwiches tonight at curbside. After waiting 15 minutes for the food it finally came. The problem is that after getting down the road we discovered that the two orders of fries for the shareable meals were not in the bag and there were no straws for the drinks. I could not at that point turn around to go back. Im not happy. I did try calling but no one answered their phone.

Rude workers, never once said a word to me. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She even gave me a rude look and rolled her eyes at me when I left. I’ll go to the other McDonald’s from now on. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I go here when I have too much going on to take a normal lunch break it's just become priced way too high for what you get
And as a former McDonald's employee and corporate maintenance worker the time it takes to get a burger fries and drink is horrid
Wait times drive through 15 minutes last time inside 21.minutes 43seconds ordered a big mac meal an a filet of fish no extras no special requests time I went was about 1:45 pm
Lobby wasn't clean every empty table had crumbs or pop on it so had to grab a stack of napkins and wet them to clean a table
I can't grasp how McDonald's has become so slow with everything being pre cooked

Also the fryer oil was on its last leg and the fries hasmd a slight taste of burn out fryer oil cleaner to them also I can't stand using the kiosks the screen were filthy and so many people don't wash their hands so what ever they have on their hands I'd going in your mouth when you eat your food
Think of bathroom visits no hand washing kids with runny noses put people at the register
And go back to real customer service please
I get it the inflated wages make it hard to staff
The place but the prices went up 40% to cover that also the atmosphere hate the weird seating just bring back full booths and center tables and chairs

They took our order, we paid for our food, they told us to go to reserve spot #1, we waited for 10 mins for our food, then they come out and tell us that they don’t have our ticket. We waited for another 5 mins and finally got our food. DO BETTER.
