This McDonalds always takes forever to give out food no matter where you are. Everyone should get their ears checked also. Every time I go I ask for honey with my nuggets and they either ask “Honey mustered?” or just straight out give me honey mustered. I also gave the cashier lady 7 dollars cause me total was 6.20 something and she put eight dollars in to the cash register so she knows how much change to give me and it was a dollar more and she asked “You gave me seven dollars right?” and I said yeah, the change would be a dollar more so just give me the coins. We also asked for mayo one day, and they never gave us any. I love Mcdonald’s but I’d rather not drive all the way across town to get it so I don’t have to wait 20 minutes for a happy meal, fries, and a drink. If I ask for a medium fry fill it all the way don’t give me a box for large fries and fill half way. I’ve been to this place for breakfast, lunch AND dinner, and I always end up waiting for my food more than five minutes. The McDonalds by the Rec Center is much better and more efficient with time and filling their fry boxes and getting orders right no matter what. So please McDonald’s by Twin Dragon, work on efficiency and filling everything and getting accurate orders. I also don’t know why you have to mop at 10 Am do it when you close. You also don’t need ten mobile order pickup spots. You only need about 4-5.

Just went through the drive thru, didn’t seem terribly busy at 7:45pm. Never got straws with our drinks, my QuarterPounder had a few pieces of lettuce which is interesting for a burger that isn’t supposed to have any. The fries were warm but you could tell they were sitting for a while.
Definitely recommend either driving to the other McDonalds in town or Culver’s. Will not be stopping by again.

Fast food is supposed to be fast in the drive-thru, it took over 15 minutes to get our food from the time leave pulled through the drive-thru to the time they brought our food out, and that was ordering on the app then giving them 10 minutes to make the order before even arriving to the drive-thru itself.

We were pulled after paying and waited roughly 21 minutes for our order, which wasn't that big, and after receiving the food, we didn't even get a sorry for the wait or anything. All in we waited about 30 minutes by the time we got all the way through drive thru. Every other car was served before us, and about 20 cars passed through the drive thru while we waited.
