We were pulled after paying and waited roughly 21 minutes for our order, which wasn't that big, and after receiving the food, we didn't even get a sorry for the wait or anything. All in we waited about 30 minutes by the time we got all the way through drive thru. Every other car was served before us, and about 20 cars passed through the drive thru while we waited.

The McCrispy sandwich was dry, and noticeably smaller than the bun. It looked NOTHING like the menu photo. The server who handed us our order had very long hair hanging from her cap. Could easily have dragged over food. I won't be visiting this location again.

Went through the drive-thru tonight to feed our family of 7. There was no one in front of us, and it took them over 3 minutes to acknowledge us. Once we got to the window, the woman argued with us about our sauces for our chicken nuggets. We were shorted two orders of fries, and we didn’t receive any straws for our drinks. Pretty annoyed with the very poor service.

I wouldn't recommend this location go to the other one. Not once but twice I ordered a quarter pounder and it was undercooked. Like the outside of the patties looks fine but open it up and it's all raw and pink. This location is terrible
It's the only place in town that won't mess up your order or give you an attitude right now.

It ok it's just unfortunate that you can tell that the employees just don't want to be. Our last visit (not we have a large family) but after every item. "Is that all" the amount of times I say no was just wow. They when the brought our food out the drop the bag on the ground didn't apologize, just say here . Did even bother calling or going back in to say anything because I know they didn't care.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessible ramps and handicap spots by the door
