I love Michelle's Mad Batter it is hands down the best place for desserts in Mitchell. I have tried many items over this past year and have yet to have a dessert that wasn't just wonderful. It has been so hard to pick a favorite until today, I had the pistachio raspberry croissant and it was amazing. I really hope it becomes a regular on their menu.

Wow! This gem is an amazing find!! We were just passing through town and found this place and it is amazing!! The desserts are phenomenal and the drinks are even better! I enjoyed a dirty chai and my husband enjoyed a vanilla latte with homemade syrup! 10 out of 10 recommend this adorable bakery!!

It was blazing hot and this place hit the spot! We enjoyed two strawberry basil lemonades, tasty, not too sweet, and refreshing. Although there was not fresh basil (maybe a syrup) there was an abundance of fresh strawberries and lemons in it. The girl who waited on us was super sweet with great customer service. Only one small request no plastic straws, please. Let's stop one time use plastic and help our planet. Otherwise, a great stop and recommendation. Thanks for the beverages!

We had Michelle’s Mad Batter make our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding, and they did AMAZING with the design of our cake, I sent just a Pinterest picture and she made it look like the picture!! The cupcakes were a HIT we still have some left over and have been eating them like crazy! But so delicious!! They had it all ready when we gave the time and helped carry stuff out for us! It was delicious!

Super cute bakery checked it out on a whim while in Mitchell. They didn’t have any eggs for a bagel sandwich, but ended up with a delicious, giant cinnamon roll.Plus, picked up a super cute magnet to bring home. Already started recommending this place to my friends who travel for sports.

Came to town to visit my parents and my Mom wanted dessert. I stopped here and grabbed cheesecake. Oh my goodness it was good! I went back and got more cheesecake to take home. I also got a latta that was good and a Cake cookie that was so good. If you have a sweet tooth like me or just love good cheesecake this is your place.
