I have always loved the food at Pizza Hut but for a few years, the place has gone downhill. Now that Kim is there, they have made leaps and bounds on food quality, keeping the store clean and keeping the buffet open longer over the noon hour and now, even on the weekend! So glad that Kim is there to keep our beloved Pizza Hut back in the game! Her efforts are really showing!

Awesome experience here! The place is pristine, the food is great, and our server Kim was extraordinary. She was so nice! Our food was quick, and she even threw in some extra cinnamon sticks for us! We’re from out of town, and she gave us good direction of places to stay around here too. Overall, I hope we cross paths with this Pizza Hut again!

We stopped at Pizza Hut in Mitchell and had such a nice meal. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and our server/ manager Kim was amazing! Kim went above and beyond, super friendly and just took great care of us. It’s refreshing to be served by someone who takes pride in their work and is so professional.

Kim is amazing! My kids and I were in town from out of state, I had just taken them swimming and noticed Pizza Hut had a weekend buffet. Right when we walked in Kim greeted us with a smile and got our drink orders. She also told us she was having more fresh pizza and bread sticks made for us. She told me that the Cookie Monster was going to be there in a few days and asked if my toddler liked him. Said she happened to have a suit in the back and walked out as Cookie Monster. The excitement on my daughter’s face was worth it! I also loved that they have a little play area for the kids. I highly recommend this location.

I rarely do reviews as a lot of places don’t add up to get one how ever I follow our towns Facebook post I had stopped going to Pizza Hut as most everyone knows it got pretty bad/gross if you will I had seen a previous GM was coming back to the store and I got to meet her at the window she was very friendly very warming lady gave me some updates that are going to be coming and had my food ready which has never happened before usually I’d have to wait 15-25 mins after my pick up time to get my food so that was a really nice change for once I have high hopes for Pizza Hut now I will definitely start coming back around to it giving it a second chance over all for service readiness and friendliness this was a 10-10 can’t wait to see how they go up from here!!! It was lovely to meet you Kim and lovely to know the store is on a up swing can’t wait to come back again!!
