Walked in at 6:20pm and they were already trying to clean up and stopped putting food out on the buffet. Online says they close at 8pm. A bunch of people walked in then they where rushing to get stuff out cause they let the buffet get bare with no food left on it.. literally… then when the did start bringing stuff out it was burnt or very undercooked the dessert pizza was pure dough… very disappointing….

We have eaten at several Pizza Ranches throughout Sd, Mn, and even Montana. This Pizza Ranch had many problems in the past, but with new owners it has completely changed. The restaurant is kept clean, the service is really friendly now and the food area is really clean. It's a joy to eat here now.

When dining at this facility tonight we experienced a terrible dinner. The biscuits were burnt. Who sets out burnt biscuits!!!! The pizza was Luke warm and the selection was terrible. Went to get ice cream and it had run out. They ran out of dessert pizza. People were standing in line both at the ice cream machine and dessert line. Terrible service. Never again.

Austin Froning is amazing !! Every time we come in we look so forward to seeing his smiling face!! He is so nice to my kids!! He always has stickers and asks how they are doing!! My kids always say I hope the nice guy is working referring to him. He is very professional and courteous to everyone that comes through!! He helps where ever needed the front, games, wiping tables, and everything in between. He is a huge asset to Mitchell Pizza ranch !! Thank you Austin 🤗

We love Pizza Ranch especially thier chicken, only thing wrong is they do not have a Pizza Ranch in Moses Lake, Wa
Parking: Parking was good for normal and handicapped, access from the street was easy with two entry at each end of thier lot
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the pizza chicken and ice cream many soft drink selections as well
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility for handicapped individuals appeared well thought out
This is the best Pizza Ranch I have been to. I was there on a busy Saturday during lunch. The restaurant was nearly full, but they kept a good selection of hot pizza coming out the whole time. We love this place!
Vegetarian options: There are typical pizza buffet vegetarian options such as salad bar, cheese pizza, pasta and sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes, etc.
Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: It is definitely kid friendly. There were tons of kids there, and there is a separate room with an arcade.
Just leave the biscuit off the meal as it is advertised. I’ve ordered 3 times the 2 chicken breast dinner. First time, I didn’t get the biscuit. I walked out, I didn’t check. My bad. The 2nd time I checked, I didn’t have my biscuit, asked for it. Got an apology and my biscuit. Ok, all good. No problem. This time, 3rd time no biscuit. Had to wait on other customers and ask for a biscuit. It must of surprised her, “ohh no biscuit? I can get one in 5 maybe 7 minutes.” No, you had 30 minutes to have it ready. Come on man. I’m hungry and my potato wedges will get cold. Just don’t offer a biscuit, ok. Sad. No more.
