My son used to work there and would tell me how he wants to quit but one day I came in and I seen how bad they treated them in person. Would NOT ever recommend their kid to work at Mitchell pizza ranch unless you want a unhappy son or daughter.

After driving 10 hours in the scorching heat, I didn't feel like cooking in our rv so we decided on 2 chicken dinners to go. After waiting over 40 minutes (5:53-6:35) this is what we received. Burnt biscuits, over cooked chicken and a $5 coupon covered in gravy.

The salads were fresh and yummy, the fried chicken was top-notch, the stuffing was seasoned perfectly, the cookie pie was fresh-baked and the cheesy bread-delicious. Loved the pasta sauce too! This is a buffet, so don't go in expecting Michelin-rated food. I only knocked off a star because the ice cream machine was down, they were out of Coke Zero, and the pepperoni pizza was a little dried out. The servers were attentive, friendly, and helped me find a table were i could charge my phone. Family friendly environment and decently priced!

Definitely not what it used to be. Buffet was half empty and ice cream machine busted. Did the arcade but alot of machines were busted and just took tokens and did nothing. The teenager manning the arcade couldn't care less.

A fine Pizza Hut. Everything you would expect. Not a great selection due to the rural location though.
Walked in at 6:20pm and they were already trying to clean up and stopped putting food out on the buffet. Online says they close at 8pm. A bunch of people walked in then they where rushing to get stuff out cause they let the buffet get bare with no food left on it.. literally… then when the did start bringing stuff out it was burnt or very undercooked the dessert pizza was pure dough… very disappointing….

We have eaten at several Pizza Ranches throughout Sd, Mn, and even Montana. This Pizza Ranch had many problems in the past, but with new owners it has completely changed. The restaurant is kept clean, the service is really friendly now and the food area is really clean. It's a joy to eat here now.

When dining at this facility tonight we experienced a terrible dinner. The biscuits were burnt. Who sets out burnt biscuits!!!! The pizza was Luke warm and the selection was terrible. Went to get ice cream and it had run out. They ran out of dessert pizza. People were standing in line both at the ice cream machine and dessert line. Terrible service. Never again.
