Top notch! I love Pizza Ranch wherever I go. Mitchell is the 145th different location the Legendary Pizza Ranch Guest ever visited.

Took family of 4 in at 7, no chicken no fresh food. We love Pizza Ranch but this location is a joke - paid for 4 and nobody enjoyed a good meal due to no fresh food - asked the only worker and he had no idea if they would refill or not and it was only 7pm. Avoid the Mitchell location No food and no refund. Last money I will spend there, need new management and new owner. Probably be the next eating establishment to close if no changes

Absolutely the worst manager ever. Unable to do her job correctly. Would recommend ANY other restaurant in the universe, even McDonalds. Don't know when they close or if buffet is about to shut down. They take your money, give you one piece of chicken then throw you out the door. Fire the stupid beotch, would be best thing for the Mitchell location. September 15th, 2023 7:45 PM

Absolutely horrible was here at 2 pm there was a total 1 1/2 pizzas out no bread sticks ice cream was not turned on little to no chicken salad bar was all wilted and warm no dessert pizza out soda was flat. My opinion I spent way so much money for all of nothing. It took over an hr to get pizza out. I will no come back again I will drive another hour to Sioux falls or Yankton for a pizza ranch. Not to mention the place was extremely dirty.

A decent pizza buffet with more than pizza. The fried chicken was excellent, the pizza average, and the service was very good.

Screwed up order, hung up on me 4x before I could speak, great way to treat someone that spends $100.

Nephews loved the arcade great buffet

Great selection on the salad bar as well as the pizza buffet. The chicken is my favorite but the pizza is really good too!

Had my daughters birthday party here. Aside from not having anyplace for us to go even tho I made a reservation and they even called to confirm my reservation the week prior. They had nothing on the buffet line, they were rude when I said something about it. Was not impressed at all and it wasn’t the first time. Will never go back!

Would not recommend for a birthday party. The staff, party room and pizza were great! The Fun Zone part of it was way more expensive than expected. $5 for 20 credits per kid. Games cost 4 credits and up to play, so the kids blow through their credits within 5 minutes. It’s gets real expensive real quick when you have to keep reloading kid’s cards.

Upon entering someone had vomited near the door. I mentioned it to the hostess/cashier that someone needed to wash that away. When we left it was still there. Lots of food choices but mediocre quality. I would not eat here again.

Passing through town and decided to stop. Lots of good hot food on the buffet and the workers kept it full.

Stopped in for dinner on Saturday. Lots of different foods on the buffet. Workers kept the bars full of hot food.

Great new place for an arcade adventure! A really awesome 3D interactive ride for all ages!
