I'm really hoping the owners read this my fiance and I are a local couple whom have been coming to scooters for the last 2 1/2 years. Haven't had any problems except for today 1/19/26 my fiance ordered 2 bags of muffins (come in 3) and 2 drinks. She pulled up was given a sandwich told the girl that isn't ours then instantly the girl gave her an attitude don't understand why the attitude especially when it's the wrong item to give someone after giving my fiance our drinks she completely forgot the straws. That's not the worst part so you know how I mentioned muffins come in 3 to a bag well she gets home hands me my bag we both open our bags and find out we only got 2 per bag. Know I like I said don't understand the attitude but shorting people on their food that they purchase is like spitting in their food. Really hoping this isn't a constant problem otherwise may have to find good coffee elsewhere....

The employees must’ve been more worried about closing then making the last two coffees because both mine and my moms coffee tasted like milk with a hint of coffee so they definitely didn’t put the right amount of expresso and definitely didn’t put the extra shot in my moms coffee. Absolutely awful and a waste of money.

We stopped to get coffee here in a Monday morning on our way out of town. They messed our order up, i was concerned when she couldn't relay our order back to us, and it didn't taste great. We actually drove across the street and re ordered the same order and it was, prepared correctly, better, and cheaper.
