Ordered through the app and forgot to add milk. When I got there the guy helped me was so nice and funny! Very personable. I didn't catch his name but it was on 5/30 at 8:46.

Honestly the worst starbucks I've ever been to. Not once have they got my order right and just generally have slow and bad service. Try to avoid it unless I have a gift card.

We ordered 2 caramel machiatos. They made one of the coffees & handed it to me. We stood & waited while others were given their drinks. I went up & asked if they knew we had another ordered. Was told yes but still had to wait a couple more minutes. Both were ordered & paid for at the same time & good tip was given in the tip container. The two people making the drinks did not even thank us for our business.

As someone who frequently goes to Starbucks across the country this has been the worse service I had gotten. I know it has to do with the fact that I am Native American, the service took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the counter. Starbucks is suppose to be inclusive and non judgmental or racists however this one isn’t like all the other ones I frequent. I could sense the racism

Warning: slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The stuff had to finish chatting before taking my order and the order took way too long to make. I spent 20m in the store on my cross country drive. If you stop here give yourself a LOT of time for a latte.
I kept trying to ask for an iced coffee withsome hazelnut syrup and heavy cream, but the girl at the counter kept telling me that iced lattes are the same🙄 I ended paying over $7 instead of $5.15 which is always the cost of the same iced coffee I get.

My boyfriend enjoyed an Ice Cold mocha frappacino XXL size as well. The bareestas were great giving the best service with a smile all the while! I rarely get disappointed when I spoil myself to a strong cup of coffee!The only way to start out day 3 of our 2300 mile cross country road trip from California to Georgia to visit Hones mom who is 95 yrs old and not doing well..Beautiful weather so far 5 stars we highly recommend Starbucks cofffew!

I travel for work every week all across the US and Canada. I take my personal cup into starbucks to get them rinsed out from my starbucks from yesterday. This starbucks tells me they can't take customers personal cup behind the counter. So I called starbucks and they told me starbucks has no rules against washing out personal cups. Using personal cups helps save the planet. But they did tell me it was up to the berista. So in other words starbucks is telling me the workers can make up false policies if they feel like working or not.
