I'm so glad I didn't listen to the reviews because they're obviously put in by uneducated and unrealistic expectations or plain false. I came in and ordered and had food during the dinner time and I could tell there is hard-working people in their night crew. You can tell that they are hard-working and human. Everyone makes mistakes God forbid.

My expectations of this location are always low, but today was a new level of low. I will say the drive thru was busy and I know that affected how quickly we got our food, my complaint is not about that. 1) The restaurant was absolutely filthy. The floor in both sides had food everywhere. Tables were dirty and the soda fountain area had spilt soda all over the cup areas. 2) The ice dispenser was empty-employees were informed by multiple customers. 3) We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and never were greeted or acknowledged. I finally used the kiosk to order my food, which I did not want to use as the Dorito taco is not listed as an option on it or the app. 4) Our food was very sloppily made. 5) The employees all looked very dirty and sloppy. I know this part is subjective, but I question how clean the food is if the person making it looks like they haven’t showered recently. 6) The girl working the drive thru was the only reason why we stayed. She was trying to pull the weight of everyone else.

Absolutely the worst food ever!!!! I got a bean burrito, which the flour tortilla was so hard and dried out that it was crunchy old, and a soft shell taco, which was also dry and old. My husband got quesarito, and it had hardly anything in it but a dry, old flour tortilla. Tried to call the store 4 times and no answer. Will be coming back thru in 2 hours and WILL be dropping this old crap back off.

Worst experience EVER if I could I wouldn’t even give this post any stars! We were looking for something quick to get back on the road well that ended up being a dud waited for an hour to get our food, there was actually several people that waited for an hour to get their food. Drive thru was moving quicker and getting their food before anyone in the lobby. My husband finally went up and complained just for them to tell him they were “short staffed” okay understandable but come on get more people in or at-least try and fix the problem to making your customers happy and not pissed off at you.

This is my worst Taco Bell experience ever. The cashier was rude and argumentative and argued over a menu item. When I finally got her to ask another employee, she found I was correct.
In fairness, the place was busy, but it was the longest wait for my order I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. It was obvious they were not filling the orders first come first served. It appeared they were giving definite priority to drive-through customers. While I can understand the desire to do so, it is totally unfair to sit-down customers.
I will not be stopping here again.

the food I was served was just a random conglomeration of ingredients and not anything like I ordered. I ordered a cheesy toasted bacon burrito and a sausage crunchwrap. Somehow I got a half wrapped shell filled with a lot of tomatoes. More tomatoes than eggs, 2 potatoes, no cheese and half a sausage patty. My other burrito was the same but with 2 pieces of hashbrown and no tomatoes or cheese. Drive thru so I couldnt fix it. Not a great way to start your day.
