Placed an order thru the kiosk for to go, waited 20 minutes!! Just to find out they put my food in the mobile order pickup spot. Never called my name out or anything… I never placed a mobile order and it was in that spot. Lady with short short hair was rude to almost anyone that came in

Make sure if you’re swapping meat they get the right meat. Third time now I’ve swapped my beef for steak In my Crunchwrap and I STILL GET BEEF… Stop smoking so much so you can read properly!!!!

Restaurant is dirty. Had to clean my own table. Food is ridiculous the portions of meat on tacos is non existent and shells are not fresh!!! Awful

Always Fresh and Hot. Try The nuggets. Unfortunately they forgot the sauce BUT Overall A 5 Star
App says order is ready at 6:23. Finally got my order and left at 7 still missing several items. I know they're understaffed and very likely underpaid. I wouldn't say anything unkind to them for those reasons but man that really sucks to drive 30 minutes home and find out stuffs missing.

When i asked them for a beef burtion thay gave me what i want but my husband wasnt happy Cause he said it was more cheese than meat and it didnt have all the fix He wasnt happy with it and we will defltily not be comeing back here sooner When we pass through Pulse Im surpised there finelly ope cause when weave came through there closed or Thay got water problems Either way the food wasnt that great

The food always slays and is so good and not expensive like bih ahh McDonald’s. Only issue is that the Dorito shells are stale sometimes but even then are still bussin 10/10
They got a new employee, and she rocks. Glasses with the piercings. Food has been AMAZING the last two times I've gone. Let's see how long it lasts.

Had faster service at the DMV! Had to remind them the order was even placed.... got attitude when asked why it's taking so long and was told they were busy and short staffed but noone was really doing anything!
