Had nachos. The nachos equaled the worse Iâve ever had. No olives, no jalapeños, and NO NACHO CHEESE, had some weird white cheese. The nachos were cool, maybe microwaved (?). Would recommend this never be ordered. The only reason I gave it a two star was they had an excellent draft beer selection.

Great food and service. I ordered a burger and when they ask for how I wanted it cooked, Iâm always skeptical because they never seem to get medium rare right where ever I go. They got it perfect though. Ambience is ok, but not great and the fact that they have so many micro brews on tap is great but that isnât included in any of their Happy Hours is a real shame.

Husband had grilled chicken - delicious! The fries are thin, were hot and really crisp and good! I had the soup of the day - ham & bean. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a broth soup (I expected creamy and I prefer broths but LOVE ham & bean) it was absolutely delicious!!! Great beer list! My only âcomplaintâ was boxed wine but it wasnât bad! Atmosphere is very cool! Both people who served us were super attentive (not overwhelming) and very nice! Glad we chose Mitchell Depot! We stop in Mitchell about once a year on our way from Illinois to the Black Hills. We love this town! Our first time here tho! Will be back next summer!!!

Came in as a family of 4 expecting this place to be family friendly. The food was very expensive and very low quality. The kids meal seemed more appealing then my husbands wrap or my salad. We were ignored until the end of our meal. Wouldnât recommend.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! If you are in town for pheasant hunting or any other reason definitely come here! The food was fantastic, great drinks, and the service was outstanding!! Accommodated our large group fantastically and the staff was so great we came back 3 nights in a row! This place is an absolute must if youâre in Mitchell!!

The last 3 times we have been there we walked out after not being served for an hour or more. Last time we waited two hours. They waited on groups of people who came in after us, but we were NEVER WAITED ON!!!
Was in Mitchell over the weekend and the Depot was highly recommended. The food was good besides the wings being over seasoned with the dry rub. But the service and interactions I witnessed between a larger party sat near us was absolutely awful. The staff was so rude, impatient and acting completely inconvenience by the large party. It was so disappointing as every other place we had visited was so friendly and helpful.
