ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! If you are in town for pheasant hunting or any other reason definitely come here! The food was fantastic, great drinks, and the service was outstanding!! Accommodated our large group fantastically and the staff was so great we came back 3 nights in a row! This place is an absolute must if you’re in Mitchell!!

Was in Mitchell over the weekend and the Depot was highly recommended. The food was good besides the wings being over seasoned with the dry rub. But the service and interactions I witnessed between a larger party sat near us was absolutely awful. The staff was so rude, impatient and acting completely inconvenience by the large party. It was so disappointing as every other place we had visited was so friendly and helpful.

It's a cool little place. I ate there a few times while in town on business. The food was good. The service was great . There was construction out front, but it didn't seem to slow the flow.
Fun place. Best waffle fries ever! I had grilled chicken sandwich with gluten-free bun. They forgot the aoli but mayonnaise improved the sandwich and it was good. Service very slow. Appeared to be only 1 cook on a busy Friday night! You could sit outside and watch trains go by. Saw lots of families with kids out there.

I went to the Depot from out of town thinking I'd buy a screwdriver and some baleing wire. To my surprise it was a restaurant with incredibly delicious food and a really good atmosphere. Stop in if you need a bite and a brew.

Dog friendly outdoor patio. Our waitress Cait was super nice and all the staff was friendly. Steaks were cooked great!
My only complaint about this place was that the drinks tasted like there was no alcohol in them.
