We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, that was hot, fresh and ready exactly at our requested pick up time. The drive up window is very convenient and the staff was prompt and friendly. This location has improved so much and the food was great! We will be back, thank you for the great service!

I have no idea how the Pizza Hut in Mitchell stays open. Seems it is always closed to eating in OR as tonight, horrible service. I got seated right away, gave my drink order, and 15 min later, STILL no sign of the waitress who took my drink order and never did get my food order placed. Used to be my favorite place to eat. Now it's not worth my time to even drive by.

Ordered pizza, wings , and breadsticks tonight. Food came pretty quick and when I was given said food I noticed I had no breadsticks I asked the driver about them. The driver told me oh they should be in the pizza box. So I said okay thank you. Very nice driver. Got the food inside and opened the pizza box and found that there were in fact no breadsticks and the pizza was not cut. Check our wings and come to find no sauce at all on the wings. Called and talked to an employee and they said that they were wondering what the extra breadsticks were for. Also mentioned that I had no sauce on my wings. And got a short pause and was asked if I wanted them to remake them and I said no we would just rather get the sauce and do it ourselves. Not one time over the phone was there an apology or anything. But I did overhear quite a bit of chanting and loud talking in the background. Not very impressed. The second driver who dropped off our breadsticks and sauces was very nice and did apologize. I believe the person over the phones name was Amy. She seemed to not really care all that much about missing items and it seemed like an inconvenience for them. I included a picture of my GARLIC PARMESAN wings.

Marcos pizza, and bosses pizza and chicken is way better in my opinion, and haven't see any idiots almost hit me/my car when they are delivering like the driver today almost did

This was the cleanest , most beautiful Pizza Hut I have ever been in. It looked like a fancy Italian restaurant. The food was the best I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. It was perfect. The waitress was very nice and attentive, and the wait time was very short. Loved it !!

Absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever tried to do business with. Called two times and both times someone picked up and hung up (this has happened before). Then the rep is rude. No more business from my family, and I have always preferred pizza hut over all the others. Mitchell Pizza Hut has lost a customer.
