I used the order online option as I work and only have 15 min to pick up my order. I get to the Subway in Mobridge SD and they stated they did not have my online order. So I had to leave to go back to work. I sent my daughter there since I am at work and she had to show them the screenshot of my order and they then asked her for a screenshot showing I paid. So they finally made my sub and then proceeded to laugh as the order receipt was right in front of them on the counter. This all took 40 min to figure out. I was really excited for Subway to open back up but they need to do better.

I wanted to order@the Outside kiosk, did not work, went to the window and was ignored for 15 minutes. Employee ignored me and I finally drove away. This was the second time I’ve had this experience…POOR SERVICE!!

When I walked in, I watched what looked like the only worker sit there on their phone digging in their ear with their fingers for about 5 minutes before he noticed I was there. I called out but the music was so loud he must’ve not heard me. Didn’t even wash his hands before making food. Disgusting.
