Worst experience. Hours on google are not correct they close early and don’t open I waited till 8:50 no body showed up and i rang bell many times I heard them in back doing something but they didn’t responded. Really really disappointed and worst service. I wish i could give them negative stars .

Stopped at 11:30 and they only had two types of bread and about 1/3 of the toppings (no tomatoes, onions, etc). Terribly run business. Don’t stop here. Any other one would be better

I was somewhat tepid about ordering here due to the negative reviews about service and closing early. Arrived at 8:30 and it was open. Employees promptly helped a customer ahead of me with a large order and efficiently took my order and completed it with very minimal wait time. There was at least 4 employees ( I saw) on and all were fast, courteous and pleasant. Food tasted great and was quite efficient. Only complaint is the store does not use online ordering to order ahead of time.

Terrible service with a horrible attitude from this guy. I think Subway needs to be more careful with its customers and have people with a good attitude to serve. This person's attitude is horrible. Even though you spend your money as a person, in these places you have to put up with the bad attitude and bad temper of this person. I let the Pilot manager know about this place, but unfortunately, the service is terrible.

Very piss poor service texting and hiding in the back laughing rang the bell 3 times so rude and I had to put my own sandwiches in a bag and he gave me a smart ass comment I didn't ask for a bag really what a dumbass you get 4 sandwiches your arms are full that's right he had to get back to his buddies and phone!! Bs!; where are the managers

I am really disappointed today…the closing time for this location was 10pm and they stopped serving at 8:30 saying we are already closing, if you guys have changed your opening and closing time, at least you should update your business hours on google…being a truck driver it is really hard for us to find a convenient location for us to park and eat…even the staff treats the customers as if people are asking them out of their menu and had grown two heads…really don’t know what happening there
