This is a great place to go to eat and drink. It is nice and clean the service and owners are very friendly. They have some good food, my favorite is the Fire Pit Burger. The prices are great.. There is The restrooms are clean, actually the whole restaurant is. It is out of the way a little but head down Hwy 212 to Nisland, look for the sign and head one block down the main road into town. It is at the bottom of the hill on the left. Go there to eat you won't be disappointed.

New management is not great. Staff tries to do their best with what they got. But management is ultimately going to run everyone off. Food quality is lacking and prices for it is outrageous.

Wait staff was good.However there was the town drunk or should I say a Herbi for the old timers.He could not keep his mouth shut.He made the visit very comber some.He and his wife had a new born in the restaurant / Bar. And the young man was lit........I know this small town very well. And was disappointed. He kept harping on my wife’s asking were we may sit ...

With the Blue Line in Newell being closed down for the winter I needed a new cafe. Definitely found it at Spurs. Great breakfast and lunch specials. Superb service tops it off. Don’t be afraid to travel a few blocks off the highway to eat at this gem.
