Steakhouses in Philip, SD

“Told my server Del that I'm a restaurant critic before I ordered. Had the salad bar and baked potatoe for my side. Salad bar was crisp but limited. Baked potatoe was smaller than a tennis ball. (Hard to get a good size potatoe in South Dakota?) My sirloin steak was perfectly prepared and super tender, which contrasted nicely with the dried out dinner roll. Great steak but everything else was mediocre. Believe the owners were sitting at the bar. Guess it would be too much to have them ask their customers how things are.“
