We had a birthday for my aunt a couple weeks ago. The food was delicious! I really enjoyed my meal. My 2 and 5 year olds even ate quite a bit, which is a feat in itself.

Burger was great. The place just opened took a while to get our food. We interacted with the locals and had a great time. Was worth the wait.

The food/steaks are outstanding and the people watching is over the top. See how real cowboys spend their time.

We came to this town on a Saturday so not much was open. My dad loves steak, I'm a vegetarian so I already knew going to a place called The Steakhouse was not going to have a lot of options for me.They have a salad bar, if you're vegetarian and you eat here, that is your best option. I wanted something warm because it was a chilly day, but there wasn't much to choose from.I ordered the onion petals, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. When it arrived I got onion rings that were burned, hash browns, and asparagus. I'm not sure why I got hash browns instead of mashed potatoes, or why they called onion rings onion petals. Both of those things were disappointing in flavor.I don't mind hash browns, but it was a little too greasy with the onion rings too.The asparagus were fantastic, but they told me they were cooked on the grill with the stakes so they aren't truly vegetarian or vegan. If I was to eat here again, I'd get two orders of the asparagus because that was the only food that came out right. My dad got a steak. He asked for medium rare, but it came out rare. It was the first time I ever saw him put steak sauce on a steak. He said he only does that when the steak is hard to eat. Some of this is our fault, neither of us told the waitress that the food wasn't correct, so she had no idea that we didn't enjoy our meal. But I don't think I would come back, there just aren't enough options for me.

Why eat at any place in Wall when The Steakhouse is a short drive east in Philip?Nicely decorated bar and restaurant, very home and welcoming. The special was a nice ribeye- $24 instead of $32!It was great, a very good steak cooked perfect. Small but good salad bar and a very sweet waitress.Great restaurant in a quaint town, highly recommended.
