The girl with blue streaks is the rudest worker. I go there everyday for the past 3 years and have never been treated as she treated me! You get what you give, treat others as they treat you so I did and apparently she didn’t like it! Customer service is not her area of expertise! Do better!

I was served a drink that tasted like it was made with dishwater I asked for a new one or a refund and the chick with dirty blonde hair and blue dye was extremely rude and told me ill drink it how she makes it! I threw my drink away as I walked out only to be met by one of their employees outside who apologized for his co worker. He even told me shes been caught spitting in drinks but they wont get rid of her! Unreal Pierre!! Do better!!

Ordered a blended caramel cooler as I do pretty much every day. The new manager had previously been rude the very first time we met. This time she accused me of asking for extra shots of caramel and telling the staff not to charge me from yesterdays coffee. That didn’t happen. I ordered today, walked away and came back to her accusing me of not paying for the extra that I ordered. I didn’t ask for extra. She asked me to return the drink and she made a new one which tasted like straight water, it was literally white. I gave it back. She then proceeded to chew out her employee loud enough that we could hear her while checking out in the self checkout lane. She is the most unprofessional person I’ve met in quite some time. I don’t mind paying extra for things, I but to be confrontational right off the bat and then continue to be that way leaves a bad experience. I loved going there and all of the other staff are amazing. It really makes me not want to go back.

Ordered a blended turtle, not very tasty, flavors were very weak. Staff was friendly and helpful, Seating is in a grocery store so there are rack of stuff all around the tables. I responded to the email address they sent in their response and got an email that said I would here from them soon like all the other responses they give to reviews - never heard from them!
