Very expensive! Averages about $20 per plate. The rice is really good. Chicken enchiladas were good as well. The chips tasted old and the salsa was bland. The waiter was fun and was very bubbly
I've been to multiple Mexican restaurants throughout the state. My favorite used to be Corona Village in Mitchell before they opened up a second location and now the food is objectively worse and bland. This was my experience at Guadalajara. I got the Pollo Fundido and queso and nearly everything tasted unseasoned, from the chicken to the queso. Weirdly enough, the chips were quite salty but it didn't bother me much. We enjoyed our meal. Fajitas and green chilli burritos huge on something for everyone. We Just missed the lunch menu over at 3. Dinner portions are fine not huge. Those days are gone I guess. They do take out too
