Once seated our waitress took our drink order right away and when she came back we ordered our food, one item as an appetizer. About 45 minutes later we got our food (essentially two patty melts), including the appetizer (cheese balls). My order was incorrect and didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for them to remake it so just sent it back and ate the appetizer. Not once in that 45 minutes did she acknowledge us or ask if we needed refills. Once the food was dropped off I could not get her attention to discuss the error, so had to flag down another waitress. Manager could only say they were really busy and try to justify the $12.50 cheeseballs as the vendors fault. Poorest experience I have ever had there.

Seating is open (seat yourself). The waitress was very kind & attentive! The chicken wings were very good. I get them extra crispy & the Buffalo Garlic sauce is very tasty! You can't go wrong with the homemade fries!! Definitely going to come back!
