Went here with family, dined in at this fine establishment, and service was a 10 out 10. Our waitress was very polite and made everyone's drinks were full, food came and was delicious, we got the stuffed crust and some pasta for the kids. Nobody out pizzas this hut!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had especially after paying $50 to receive only part of my order and a pizza with a hair in it. Then proceeded to be called a liar by a guy whom claimed to be the manager.
They close at 10 pm. Got there at 9e0. They refused to serve us at all saying they were completely out of every product.

Placed an order for a big dinner box and when I got my order the black container for the chicken was literally smashed, the pizza was smashed into the pizza literally no cheese topping on the pizza just bread. BBQ sauce was not on the chicken either. Complained and got another dinner box on the house it's quality not quantity pizza hut crew!

Horrible on all levels. Ordered on the mobile app at 5:54 pm and arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes later when estimated food would be done. Was told there were just waiting on one item and should be about 4 minutes. After waiting 30-40 more minutes I finally got my food. Hot and fresh out of the oven is what the guy said. Not only were my fries cold and soggy, my melt was cold and husbands melt was burnt. The whole time waiting there was a guy in the kitchen yelling constantly about not being able to find anything and kept yelling at the two other workers I need help got a mess back here and can’t find anything. Fast forward to 3 in the morning you guessed it…Food poisoning. Horrible does not even begin to describe. Never Again will I eat at Pierre Pizza Hut. Do NOT recommend. If I could give a 0 I would. They don’t even deserve a1 star.
