I gave a four star rating overall for the atmosphere is relaxing and the food is good with a daily lunch buffet. They also have a very good breakfast.

Waitress was so rude, blamed cook for the food, ordered pretzel bites and the cheese isn’t even melt, still shredded. When we asked the waitress why it took almost an hour for the pretzel bites, she replied, “wanna talk to the cook”. Been here an hour and still waiting for the pizza, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Especially when a certain waitress is working. I will be nice and not mention her name. So if you eat here, good luck with your service and hopefully there is a cook even working. Pretzel bites took 1 hour and 1 minute to come out. This place is really bad. 0 stars if there was an option.

Drink and Cheesecake for my birthday were okay. The young waitress could definitely use some more training on customer service and maybe not rolling her eyes when a customer asks her politely what she meant by something. This is a hotel bar, most likely, the patrons are tired and sore from travel. If I could give the service 0 stars, I would.

Place sucks. Ordered breakfast, 10 min later gal came back said don’t have any more sausage gravy. Re ordered, another 10 min she came back said breakfast no longer available. Re ordered club sandwich been setting here almost an hour in total still nothing. When it hits hour mark I’m gone.

I ordered Chislic and some asparagus and literally got 2 very tiny strips equal to about 1/3 cup and 3 very slim pieces of asparagus for a little over $16. Are you freaking kidding me. I could have held it all in my one hand with room to spare. I tell the waitress Sherry S. how tiny it was to which she completely ignored me. Over an hour later she comes back with our receipt and had to make a few adjustments then disappears for another 30 min. We finally get our receipts and had to go to the bar to find her to pay. I make the comment again about how tiny the amount of food was to which she replied“Really we always get comments are how big that portion is and that no one can finish it”. My friend and I decide not to tip for the horrible service and she try’s to play it off telling her coworker how she is our best friend. Her attitude changed somewhat after she realized she was not getting a tip from either of us. I would not recommend!
