“Great spot to hang out and watch a game. Wish they had a full-time full kitchen. Good array of beers and mixed drinks. Convenient spot for me to go by.
One of the guy bartenders is horrible and rude to some of the customers and seemingly to the other bartenders too. The rest of the staff have all been nice and helpful.“

“Fantastic food and specials available at this wonderful dive bar. Had the pork riblets and fries. Extremely tender riblets with delicious homemade fries. My wife had the chicken bacon ranch wrap. Extremely large portions and flavor was spot on.7“

“I'm sure they do a great job all day long, but I have only been there later in the evening and it is an Oasis for a thirsty and hungry traveler. There is not much open in Pierre later into the evenings. Being able to stop in the Chuckwagon late at night and get not just a drink but some simple and tasty bar food is wonderful. Service is steady, friendly but not always fast. Hard to find folks willing to work late nights in a small city. The folks they have there are great and work really hard. I'm a very occasional out of town visitor and the times I've been there both the staff and the regulars were really warm and friendly.“
