i put in an order for delivery waited an hour before i called and asked if i just came picked it up if they can have it remade as i didn’t want cold food. when i got there they looked at me like i was stupid and told me i hate wait (they were in the middle of a rush so i understood and said that was fine) after waiting for about 25 minutes i finally get my food. when asked if i could at least have a refund of the extra driver fees and all that jazz i got told there’s nothing they can do and i have to figure it out myself, where i was also informed that they don’t have uber they have doordash, i ordered directly thru the taco john app. also here on a bus was trip so i don’t know what all they have here for delivery services. even then i was told that even if it was thru doordash i would still have to figure it out on my own

It's really sad to see a place that used to be so good. Go downhill, almost never open on time. If you can't get people to open your store at the time posted, you should change your hours.All it does is make people look at your store as a failure.When you can't even be open at the posted time.Three of the last five days, the store has failed to be open on time.

This place has gone downhill sadly. I never get what I pay for. I used to get what I asked for, smiling faces at the drive thru, etc....not any more. If you're going to charge someone for extra anything, but never actually do it every time, won't be going back sadly.

When I went there I got in to several fights with the cooks because the said I looked gay, but after we kissed and made up then we shard the big John taco. 5/5 best day ever. Also the owner showed up and kissed my forehead and gave me his taco.

Horrible. They didn't put any cheese on the tacos. 4 TACOS, no cheese on ANY OF THEM. Called if they ran out of cheese. First time they hung up. Second time attitude. Just put cheese???!??
Was very delicious considering it’s bad history of being nasty food and greasy walls I would definitely recommend but make sure you check your bag before you leave. My wife and I ordered a six-pack and a pound and asked for 2 sides of cheese and was never in our bag but also understandable because it was busy when we arrived. Overall was a very 180 degree turn they are extremely delicious now compared to before.
