I’ve had a really great experience here! 😊 The staff are amazing—always friendly, hardworking, and doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. The fries are consistently perfect 🍟, and the place always feels very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The customer service is also excellent, making every visit pleasant.
The only small thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the sauces don’t come out exactly right, but honestly that’s understandable when the place gets really busy. It happens! A quick reminder to the workers usually fixes it. Overall, the team does a fantastic job, and I always enjoy coming back. Keep up the great work! ❤️👏

We stopped in on our way to North Dakota. The weather was windy, snowy and absolutely freezing, but the dining room was clean and warm. One of our party had an issue with her order and we were very well taken care of. She was able to get something different to eat with no problem. The staff was amazing in helping us out of towners! Will definitely be back the next time we come through town.

We stopped by this location while passing through Redfield and had a great experience. The restaurant is super easy to find right on West 3rd Street, so you really can’t miss it. Inside, it has that classic, cozy American diner feel that makes you feel right at home. I was particularly impressed with the service; the staff was very friendly and efficient, so our food came out in no time. The place is well-maintained and clean, and the Blizzard was perfect—thick and loaded with toppings. It’s a fantastic spot to grab a bite and recharge during a road trip!

The food was SO good. I could tell it was made to order. The fries were crispy and so yummy and the prices are super reasonable. Service leaves something to be desired and the lobby was honestly so dirty. I worked at DQ and I know it can be hard to maintain a clean lobby but there were enough crew members to do so. Staff wasn’t friendly at all.
