Got a ultimate b m t. Its ok. But nothing ultimate about it. The bread is old and hard. Normal subway bread is fresh. But not this one 14.13 for a foot long and drink. Subway use to be inexpensive but not any more.

We had been traveling back home from MN to SD and stopped in for dinner. We were driving more than 6 hours with three kids 9 and under so when we got inside the kids were a little rambunctious. We got our food and our two year old dropped a full drink on the floor under our booth instantly. I went up for some towels, and I turned around and a young blonde gal (didn’t get her name) was already cleaning it under the table. She also went out of her way to get us a new cup. Thank you for your great service and keep up the good work! Service is a dying skill but I was happy to find it here in these circumstances!

Best Subway I have eaten at but they close at 9 apparently even with signs saying 10 on the doors and on Google. If you can sit on TikTok all day you can update your hours.

People in the back can’t seem to come out and help customers so you end up with 1 person serving everyone. This has been this way multiple times I have been in here. They see a line of people and still don’t do anything

Last couple times I’ve gone something has happened. First time charged me for a footlong when I got a 6 in and this last time got my change wrong…not to mention had to repeat myself multiple times because shift manager had a headphone in. Makes me not want to go back

I would give this a place a zero star review I order a grilled chicken sub with 4 sauces and only got one sauce that was a let down I spent 10 dollars and only got 5 worth the sub

If I could give this zero starts for service! The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! I feel so bad for the other employees there! Just snapping at them the whole time and customers as well! As soon as you walk in you can cut the tension with a knife. Definitely unprofessional and shouldn’t be the face of any

This place stays going downhill, but the food is good, no doubt, I'm not here often as I see it as a treat, but when I do come here....I guess I expect more customer service but sometimes I don't think people actually enjoy this job. The vibes aren't there
Parking: Sometimes, it gets bad driving in there, I bottomed out because the road is gravel. It was a bad time, but if they do some upkeep, it wouldn't be that bad, but I don't think that's a regular thing they do, maybe just "as needed" so watch for the messed up road getting in
