I had the crispy chicken tender salad. The chicken was old. Tasted like it had sat in a warmer for days. Most of my lettuce was slimy. Do not recommend. We had 3 different servers that were nice but very inefficient.

My husband a I ate there 2 weeks ago. We ordered The Really Big Meal Deal for $9.99. We both selected the Burger. The burger patty was the right size but the bun size looked like they used a kids bun. The patty tasted old & stale. After our food was brought to our table we never saw our server again. She was waiting on a large party. We also waited for someone to bring our check for 18 minutes, I timed it. Our experience was horrible. Don't know if we'll ever go back.

Sat 15 minutes while our waitress walked past us multiple times never said a word. Kept going to the big table next to us. Then when she finally did take our order people who showed up after us got their drinks and appetizer first. When we got our appetizer we didn't get any silverware said she would be back with it, had to ask someone else for some. Then when we said we were ready for a ticket waited again. Once we finally got the ticket we had to wait even longer for her to come back and take our payment. Very poor service!! Easily the worst I have ever experienced anywhere around here. 1 hour and 45 minutes in that place for 2 burgers fries chicken sandwich and an appetizer which all came within 5 minutes of each other.

The service here has been great for us, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Food served on cold plates with warm-ish food. Tasty enough sometimes, but... meh. Prices aren't too bad but I think, in this case, you get what you pay for. The decent prices are probably the only reason to eat here instead of other restaurants in Spearfish.

Server was not very friendly, neither was host. 25 minutes after ordering food, they told us they were out of riblets so then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. Quesadillas were rushed and not made well. Burger was supposed to be medium, came out well done. Table next to us waited 30 minutes to get their drinks, asked for them a couple times. Never usually an issue when we come here but this was really not a good visit at all. Gave an extra star for the 2 good visits in the past. I will add that I think the server was very overwhelmed and was just having a bad shift. The manager needed to step in and help her out. She was slammed and had a couple big tables

Food was solid, noodles tasted like they maybe sat in water to long. Still was good.
Temp inside was near 90, I prefer not to sweat while eat, I prefer comfort not the picnic experiance. Not an enjoyable experence even if the food was fabulous which it wasn't. Staff was attentive service was good. Walking out the door I felt not temperature change inside as hot as it is outside.
