I went to the Arby's in Spearfish Sd. I purchase three meals and donated $5.00 to their charity for No Child To Go Hungry. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged tax on my donation. I spoke with the manager & she stated donations are not taxed. I asked her to look up my transaction & do the math. I was charged tax. She stated no one else has brought this up so it must have been a mistake on our receipt. It's not about the $0.31, it is about being charged tax on a donation. This is not right. If you make a donation please look at your receipt to ensure you are not being charged tax. Take that little extra time to see if the company is being truthful.

This restaurant does a good job achieving the standards you expect out of an Arby's. The food is always good, and some of the staff really take courtesy and communication seriously, which is a refreshing breath of fresh air in 2024. The 2 for 7 deal is fantastic.

We needed a quick snack before graduation having just driven in from Billings. The cashier was super enthusiastic with his greeting not only to us but almost everyone that came in while we were there. The food was great and the dining room was clean. One of the rare occasions I have rung the bell as I left!

Been a good year since I've gone to Arby's, but went there today to get some large curly fries. Super friendly person at the front helped us right away. Dude was very nice and attentive! Food also was ready immediately and was still fresh :)
