I like that the coffee is consistent and they have a variety.The women’s bathroom needs the door fixed and the toilet paper dispensers are terrible! Please replace them.

Coffee is good from previous visits, but the most recent, I wouldn't know... Plenty of people "working" and at least 3 looked at me and didn't greet or even acknowledge I was there. Turned around and walked out after 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. No wonder there wasn't a line inside...

We asked for 2 16oz frappes 3 times. Confirmed when we paid that our order was correct. We received 1 large frappe. When we asked what was going on and if we could get our correct order, they proceeded to make a 16oz frappe and charged me for it as well as the large I didn't want "because they already handed it out". Now I have a large coffee I don't want and I'm being charged for it. The server had a horrible attitude about it too. We own a restaurant. A customer shouldn't pay for your mistake and your attitude.
