My wife and I are from California, traveling across the country. It was our first time seeing and eating at this fast-food restaurant, and it was a hit! Everything we had that evening was great! However, I am afraid I cannot eat this more than once a month, or else we will have high cholesterol.

Update: A fully negative experience once again, this store is completely incapable of even the most minimal service standard

After about 30 visits, this store doesn't change. Very poor and rude service held up by too good to fail food. This time they forgot my fries, and the sandwich was about as spicy as a leaf of lettuce. Fairly sure they charged me $11 for a completely incorrect order as this cannot possibly qualify as a spicy chicken sandwich in any sense, but I'm not driving back a second time in one order. I have accidentally bitten into napkins with a greater heat index. By the by, the proper response to giving someone the wrong order is 'Sorry,' not 'Good night.' Not sure how much more of this location's adolescent foolishness I'm willing to endure and may discontinue eating here.

Over lumch today ordered Two Delux combo meals with shrimp added on got drinks fries and shrimp got back to work and found out both hamburgers were missing , talked to manager she basically said it was their mistake and after explaining I'm back at work while I only get 1/2 hour she kept asking me what to do and at the time I didn't have an answer so she further explained she don't have to make it right so she choose not to , even hung up on me because I said thus was egregious, not just a mistake, their system is broken and I'm fraudulently short on my two $16 berger meals , hope you feel real good about that culvers next time just rob me again ...how do you sleep at night

Very deceptive with the line they have you pull through and pay for your food and then have you pull up and park and have to wait for your food shoppers be aware just because there’s not a line in the drive-through doesn’t mean there’s not a line
This seems very deceptive in my opinion

It's great, if you have all afternoon to wait for a simple order. I'm pretty sure I could catch, slaughter & make my own less time.

Then after all the waiting, they couldn't even get the order right. Not worth the wait it the drive.
