For $30 you and your date can get room temp sodas and the wrong food.While ordering you can admire the trashed ice cream station.I asked for gravy and got 3 cups of ranch when I went back for gravy I watched the guy heat it up for maybe 30secs before handing it to me still cold. Can’t even wash it down with a cold pop because there’s no ice!My boyfriend didn’t even get the burger he ordered.

Okay, me and my family came here to get something to eat. But when we walked in the staff was really rude, the place wasn't clean, and the food was terrible. I got the chicken strip basket and it wasn't even cooked! It was still cold even the blizzards were terrible! Honestly the food inspector or whoever needs to go there immediately!

I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket, $13 bucks. It’s $9 in Belle Fourche. A mini blizzard here is $5??? Insane. Not even sure how that’s possible. It’s better to just drive to Belle than to waste so much money here. Price gougers.

We pulled up to DQ this evening and what do you know, a staff member sitting on the counter with her FEET on the counter… to make it even better, she continues to stare at her phone while my husband and child order their food. She doesn’t even bother to get off the counter while they order. Completely unprofessional staff, and don’t mind the OSHA standards.

I love that the food is made to order so it's definitely fresh. We coudlnt hear the girl that was taking our order so things didnt start off the best. Sadly my order was wrong. We ordered 4 medium drinks. We got 3 medium 1 small, my kids food wasn't how we ordered it. We would of asked to fix these things but we were headed out of town and was short on time. Also we couldn'tcheck hamburgersin the drive thru, we noticedthese thi gs while drivi. Or we would of went in and sat down. We usually go to the DQ in Belle. Kind of wished I did.

It’s been years since I’ve been back, finally decided to go try it and see if it was any better than years ago and just like before, not only was my ice cream completely melted but even my 6 year old said it tasted weird. Guess I’ll give it a few more years again. So disappointed.

I went to about 7:30 and ordered a 7 dollar cheese burger meal. I didn’t want the sundae so they said they would give me a coupon to come back. They didn’t have any coupons so the young lady wrote it on a scrap piece of paper. I payed and was handed my bag, I drove away and they didn’t give me my french fries.I returned and got my fries, no I’m sorry. When bite my 1st fries they were cold and old, I tried my hamburger and it was awful. The bread was dry and it was cold also, and it was tasteless. I couldn’t eat this meal. The quality has gone down so much.

We got there 20 min BEFORE they were supposed to close and this little girl stuck her sassy little face out the window to yell at us from the menu sign that they were closed. I said I thought should serve until they are scheduled to close and she laughed at us. Clearly a bunch of young lazy kids that decided they close sooner then they do so they could l clean up during hours and bail out when the clock strikes 9. This new generation of kids is why the would is going to hell in an ugly handbag with the handle on backwards and falling off.
