Crust was phenomenal! I’m can’t recall having ever had pizza this good. The crusts were so top notch. The seasoning and flavors were great too, but the crust is what’s got me amazed. Everything else is cardboard by comparison.

We love this place and it has become our toddler's favorite! The back part with the free arcade machine did it for us too, we can now sit down and actually eat while our son gets a little occupied than trying to go all over the restaurant. He loves saying hi and interacting with the friendly staff, everyone there is so sweet to us. The food is incredible!! I love that it is sourdough b/c that is so healthy, my fave is the goat beets salad, best salad in town. Everyone is so kind and the restaurant is super cozy and cute!! Clean and reminds me of memorable Italian restaurants. Thanks everyone for creating such a great restaurant, much love!

Stopped on our way through town on vacation from Ohio. Very good pizza. Crust was crispy and light. Very friendly staff. Wish they were closer to home. lol. Keep up the great work.

The best pizza in the State of South Dakota. I would suggest hiring extra servers, we waited about an hour and a half to get our 3 pizzas. The crust cant be beat. The Sting is my favorite pizza. And dont forget the beet salad. My goodness.
Very mediocre service tonighti understand that you were short handed but when we sit for half an hour waiting for our ticket then come up to pay and get it out self and you are taking Togo orders when you can't handle the service of the people in the dining room that's a little bit ridiculous. Stop answering the phone and take care of the people that are already there and want to pay and get home being held hostage to pay our bill for a half an hour was very frustrating. Then being told that you wouldn't take a bill because it was ripped in half was ridiculous. And don't worry I don't intend to ever come back no one wants to spend 2 hours waiting for mediocre food

Dough Trader is a great spot for delicious pizza in Spearfish. The crust was crisp and light, the marinara flavorful, and the toppings fresh with a nice variety of unique options. It took a little while for our pizzas to arrive, but the quality made it worthwhile. The outdoor seating is especially pleasant, while the inside is simple and casual. Prices are a bit higher than chain pizza places, but the taste and experience make it worth it. Highly recommended.

We Have been coming her for 5 years after the Sturgis rally staying in Spearfish , always a outstanding pizza. Place is busy that should tell you why there damn good even have one of the stickers from years ago in my garage in Milwaukee WI. Friends ask were the hell is that??

We stopped in and chose to sit inside. We waited forever 50 minutes for our pizza. I took the baby out to walk around during our wait because he was getting fussy. And there were 3 tables that were not there when we got there that already had their food and eating, but we were still waiting on ours. The waitress never came over to check on us after we got there and never told us our order was coming or explained why. The pizza is good the service over all is very poor, we will not be going back.
