Fuji San is my go to for a treat myself meal. All of their rolls are fresh, flavorful and delicious. Ownership/management could not be more kind if they tried! I usually call ahead for take out and things are ready within minutes. What a treat it is to have Fuji in our little town of Spearfish!
I’m not normally a “sushi” gal so this was a venture outside of my box type of meal. Wow so good! And the waiter so helpful! 100% enjoyed trying sushi tonight.
I did the fried chicken roll and volcano signature roll (friend spicy tuna). Delish.
My husband (an avid sushi lover) got the crab stick roll and sashimi and was equally as happy with his meal. Definitely worth it to try them out :)

Although there is limited seating and service may be slow due to the small team and the fact that this is not fast food, the food quality and atmosphere make it worth the wait. The bubble tea is also a must-try for visitors. Andy the server has always taken great care of guests.
