The food is fantastic. I was absolutely shocked by the freshness of the dishes and the taste too. Everything I've had in my multiple trips has been great. The server is funny and very good at his job(coming from another server). I recommend this place as one of the best stops in spearfish. Also the Boba is really good.

Fuji San is my go to for a treat myself meal. All of their rolls are fresh, flavorful and delicious. Ownership/management could not be more kind if they tried! I usually call ahead for take out and things are ready within minutes. What a treat it is to have Fuji in our little town of Spearfish!
