I love this place. I usually do carryout. They have my name, #, and dietary restrictions saved in their system! They also ask about my specific diet and suggest the best options. Amazing people and fresh sashimi!
The food is worth being patient....probably the best sushi, spring rolls, and rangoons I've ever had....everything you can tell is made from scratch. The staff/owner was running his tail off; serving, hosting, bussing, and waiting tables, and he still paid special attention to ask what we liked, how everything was, thanked us for waiting, and tried to encourage me to not tip as much as I did! I place high value on a well curated dining experience, and this was top notch.....definitely...
Fujisan has always had AMAZING food; do note THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD. There will be a wait, but for fresh sushi in South Dakota, I am not complaining.
