The food was cold and had been sitting out a long time in the buffet. The crab wontons were out so long that the filling was dried out when I bit into it. Many other dishes had been out too long because you could see the sauces were hardened around the edges of the pans. They did bring out new wontons while we were there however they did not taste very good at all. They also brought out a hot seafood dish however I do not like seafood so I didn’t try that one. I am not a picky eater and have eaten at many other Chinese Buffet restaurants. Some better than others. I can say with all honesty this was the worst one ever and I do not recommend eating here.

I would give them 0* if I could. We ordered Chicken chow mein which per their website menu is noodles, we received cabbage and what appeared to be boiled chicken. When I called to let them know I wanted my correct orde, I was told sorry that's our chow mein. Looks nothing like their menu online picture, and staff was un interested in anything other than they're right.

Where do I even begin....food was bland and not good. Fried rice had no flavor and tasted stale. The chicken in the lo mein was cold. I lost my appetite, and I don't recommend eating here.

This is the best chinese food buffet around, I've ate at numerous ones in rapid city and wasn't impressed, I've been to jade palace multiple times, it's my go to for chinese buffet, sometimes they don't always have a ton of fresh food out on the buffet if they are slow on business that day but every time I've showed up and been there with only a couple people they always offer to cook fresh food for us, if we are willing to wait, usually takes about 15 minutes and they refill the buffet line with anything you'd like to eat so it's fresh, definitely can't complain about waiting because it's worth the wait, I definitely will be back again!

It was so horrible. $75 for 4 people and the freshest thing they put out was white rice with nothing to eat it with except for cold chicken. Everything was cold and tasted horrible. Cold Lo Mien with spaghetti noodles? Everything tasted like it’s been sitting there for at least an hour and a half. I do not recommend this, please make the drive out to Rapid to get better Chinese food.
