Wow this spot makes an incredible sandwich! Pickup is a breeze. The bacon is so crispy. The ingredients are fresh and abundant. We have officially been converted to Jersey Mikes people!

Jersey Mike’s is an incredible chain and when the Spearfish location opened, it was good as expected, but Spearfish has a lack of quality people to employ. They act like they’re doing you a favor. The quality is severely inconsistent from visit to visit. They act like you’re intruding if you come in the last hour that they’re open And what I don’t understand is if you don’t want the job, quit!!! don’t ruin it for the guy who took a chance and open the restaurant, or the community that desperately needs some choices in restaurants. I suppose that comes down to building the right culture. The night crew doesn’t understand why they’re there!!! I for one am getting sick of it and pretty soon They’ll be on the list of places I don’t patronize. I work hard have plenty of money to spend and tip extremely well to people who understand why they’re there.

Came in to order on 10/7 at 8:40 pm, the gentlemen working was super nice, and made the perfect sub with the perfect amount of sauce / dressing. Recently in rapid I have had to order without sauce because they drench it so much the bread is soggy / soaking wet. He did a great job, thank you for the casual friendly atmosphere & great sub. 💕

Zach doesn't listen, i ordered the mini turkey for my grandson and i said twice lettuce and mayo light, my wifes sandwich chicken bacon ranch. i said banana peppers only! Mini was soaked in mayo my wifes was full of tomatoes and tons of lettuce with to much ranch, mine he actually got right raw onions no peppers. We tossed my grandson's and my wifes sandwich.

Was a good stop! Happy with this Jersey Mike's! The sub sandwich was great. They made it on the wrong bread but that didn't change anything, we enjoyed the food. We got the sub club and loved it!

Staff was super friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order. Was recommended an amazing sub from an employee named Anya. My sub came out quickly and hot! Definitely one of my new favorite sub shops. I’ll be coming back soon and recommending it to friends and family!

Stopped for quick sandwich. Lady taking order was rude. Sandwich had no flavor and prices are ridiculous. Better off going to grocery delis and buying prepackaged sandwich.
